Paid subscriptions and purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. Refunds and billing disputes are handled per publication settings and applicable law.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for illegal activity, spam, harassment, or content that violates these terms.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to Southwind Band or other users.
